Articles
What it is: Long-form, SEO-optimized content — blog posts, thought leadership pieces, how-to guides, and deep-dives. Articles go through the full rich-text editor with inline Beat assistance. When to use it: When you want to build organic search traffic, establish authority on a topic, or create anchor content that other formats (emails, social posts) can reference and repurpose. Word count: 600–2,500 words depending on the topic. Beat picks a default length based on your topic and audience; you can adjust it in the generation form. Where it goes after creation: Saved to the Content Planner pipeline. From there, you can move it through Draft → Review → Approved before publishing. When ready to publish, connect WordPress to auto-push or export as HTML/Markdown. Limit: 3 lifetime (Free) / 15 per month (Starter) / Unlimited (Pro).Social Post
What it is: Platform-specific posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads. Beat adapts the format, length, and tone for each platform automatically. When to use it: To stay active on social channels, drive traffic back to articles, share quick insights or opinions, or repurpose long-form content into shareable formats. Length guidance:- LinkedIn: 800–1,200 characters for organic posts; shorter for punchy hooks
- Facebook / Instagram: 100–300 characters for best engagement
- Threads: 500 characters max
Lead Magnet
What it is: Structured downloadable content — guides, checklists, frameworks, templates, and reports. Beat generates the structure (sections, subsections) and the full body copy. When to use it: As a content upgrade for high-traffic articles, an opt-in incentive to grow your email list, or a standalone offer that demonstrates your expertise. Length guidance: Beat defaults to a 5–7 page guide structure (approximately 1,500–2,500 words). You can request shorter checklists or longer comprehensive guides in the generation form. Where it goes after creation: Saved to your Library. Lead magnets don’t have a direct publish path from UPBEAT OS — you’ll typically export the copy, format it in your preferred design tool (Canva, Google Docs, Notion), and host the final PDF or page yourself. Connect it to your email flows via the Lead Magnet section at/app/funnel.
Remix
What it is: Take an existing article and reshape it into other formats — LinkedIn posts, email pulls, social threads, etc. — in one pass. Beat picks the right hooks and angles for each destination format. When to use it: When you’ve published an article and want maximum reach across channels without rewriting each format from scratch. Where it goes after creation: Each remixed format lands in your Library tagged with the source article so you can trace it back. Limit: Free can pick 1 destination format per remix and gets 1 remix lifetime. Starter picks up to 3 formats per remix and has unlimited remixes. Pro picks any number of formats per remix.Comparing formats at a glance
